Return and Exchange Policy

At Fira Boutique, we want you to love your purchase! However, if you're not completely satisfied, we offer store credit for returns under the following conditions:

1. Store Credit Only

  • We do not offer refunds. All returns will be issued as store credit, which can be used for future purchases at Fira Boutique.

2. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase. Any returns made after 14 days will not be accepted.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Sale items, accessories, or final sale products are not eligible for return.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs of returning the item(s) to us.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost or missing packages.

4. Return Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will issue store credit to your account.

5. Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process to receive store credit and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Any items marked as final sale, gift cards, and personal accessories (such as jewelry, hats, etc.) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
